(b) the waybill accompanying the respective shipment tendered for carriage to Pharmatransport, and
(c) the tariff of Pharmatransport that applies to where such shipment is tendered for carriage or the tariff otherwise agreed to by Pharmatransport and the shipper for such shipment, as amended periodically.
